What We Look For
If necessary, we will take a dust sampling and lab analysis in order to determine if there is any historical. evidence of water-related damage and molds and a dust sampling for any allergens. We will take an air sampling for any mold spores to use in comparison to species and counts outside the home or business. We also may take a swab sampling for bacteria in order to detect any residuals from sewage issues.
